Refund policy

We want you to love your Functional Jeans. If they are not right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your jeans must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Our denim is raw and made to break in to the wearer, so we cannot accept jeans that show any signs of wear, washing, or fading.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Need a different size? We offer exchanges between S, M, and L, subject to availability. Your jeans must meet the same unworn, unwashed, tags-attached conditions above. Just tell us the size you would like when you reach out, and we will get the right pair to you. If your size is out of stock, we will refund you instead.
